"I'm not sure anyone quite knows how to run the place. As described below, the owners are SO overbearing. What they think goes no matter if there is logic or prevailing standards that prove otherwise. Even if they have NO knowledge in the area they are trying to improve/implement. Their lack of expertise means they rely on a handful of right-hand men/women (aka managers) to handle things. But these people are even worse! Nobody has any outside experience or new ideas and the ones that do are quickly shut down. Entire departments will be wiped out and replaced in months if they don't fit in, i.e. don't agree/have differing opinions to those of the owners."

"I do not recommend anyone work here there is a complete lack of leadership with managers have never managed people nor receive training to do so. Employees are set up to fail they are not supported in their roles and are asked to handle much more than they are compensated to do. It is a very disorganized company that does not value their employees' worth. As such, there is a high turnover rate, with most employees rarely lasting a year."
