"I worked for Costco from 2005 to 2012 in multiple roles as Test Lead, Sr. Test Lead, Test Manager. Was managing a 10 to 20 team depending on the project. I had felt that I was working for a big retail giant being a strong company with good moral and ethical values and an emphasis on the business customer retention. Costco worldwide with close to 800 business locations and its Information Technology team size of 3500. I feel honored and proud to say that I was part of this big retail giant."

"The only reason I left was the long commute and I had kids, I didn't want to miss them growing up."

"If you dream of doing cutting edge work in your field, (unless you are a Buyer or into Merchandising), this is not the place for you. But if you want a stable job and are happy to do whatever they ask you to do, whether it's what your background is or not, then you will love it there."

"A little nepotistic, politics, managerial incompetence."

"They are doing just fine without my advice."

"At first it was pay, afte5r I left they improved it. I relocated from Sand Diego and it more more about the weather than Costco."

"This is an excellent company. If I were to leave tI would only be to work with spatial data. I have a Degree in Mathematics and Geography and working towards a Masters in Geography."
