"Never judge a person's appearance. Of course you have to dress professionally but you have to look at what that person can deliver based on past experience acquired. Take Bill Gates for example. He is not a person with great education but he can improvise, adapt and has created a Billion Dollar Industry."

"Keep the employees happy so that they can work with confidence. Be professional in every way possible in treating your employees. Never take it personal if something goes wrong. Always seek a professional solution together with your employees to any job related problems."
