"Pros: Work is easy once you get the hang of it. Hours are consistent. Cons: The Web Content Manager is also HR, so there's plenty of bias there when it comes to who her favorites are and she's pretty obvious about it. You could complain, but all she'll do is shrug her shoulders, probably because she's not the most people oriented person. She also lets one of her favorites get away with a whole lot of stuff, like coming to work late or missing whole days.
