"Owner is a very nice person. Very easliy accessible when needed for sales decision making. Always appreciated the hard work I put in in achieveing and over achieving my sales targets."

"Get a written and signed agreement about your commission and bonus structure."
What don't you like about working at ASA Computers?
"Very unreliable when it comes to sales commissions and bonuses. He would change the commission and bonus structure in a heartbeat when he saw me or anybody else achieving it."

"Have a structures commission and bonus plan and stick to it."
