"I absolutely loved working my clients! The challenge of coming up with creative ideas to promote there business was very fulfilling."

"I really do not. This economy is tough right now and the job is very difficult and demanding in a negative atmosphere."

"The atmosphere was continuing to be very negative. There was not enough time in the day to do the job."

"To listen to the employees more. Photo Crafts production team is what made that company!!"

"Commission structure is inconsistent and that makes it hard to focus daily."

"Towards the end, micro-managment restricted the direction of marketing opportunites and curtailed corporate opportunities. Ultimately I needed to move on to find new challenges."

"If you have award winning managers, achieving their results, let them use their experience to continue to grow the comapny."
