What do you like about working at C.R. England?
"The incredibly hardworking professionals who come in hoping for a higher compensation, but unfortunately are paid $35K."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Do not work at C.R. England. High turnover, low job stability and low pay. Most employees start at an hourly rate or $35K annually."
What don't you like about working at C.R. England?
"No positive company culture. It's like working in the 1950s. Most employees work 6 days a week and are not compensated for overtime. Most employees will jump ship as soon as the economy becomes stronger."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Increase pay, decrease turnover, review other companies' work ethic and culture."

What do you like about working at America Works?
"Waking up to go to work everyday knowing you will make a difference in someone's life. I love doing work that has an impact, especially helping find people jobs. My clients motivate me when weather is bad, when I'm frustrated, when I'm having a bad day, I know they need me."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"A college degree at minimum is needed. Keep in mind that not being part of the system (not knowing about welfare or social policies) doesn't mean you won't get hired. Be confident in your skill set. They like people who can mix private sector and public sector.The most important thing you demonstrate are people skills. Can you handle the people you'll be seeing everyday. Also, indicate that you're interested in something with growth potential. They like staff who seem like they could move up in the company. Recent college graduates at entry level have a lot of flexibility to move up."
What don't you like about working at America Works?
"The work is hard. There is no avoiding that. It isn't work everyone can do. It requires patience, people skills, and flexibility. Sometimes a random client will scream at you and you haven't even done anything to them. But you have to know that at the end of the day, what you do changes someone's life."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"This type of work is intense and sometimes people carry the burden of the client home with them. Group meetings to help inspire and encourage staff would be great."

"The people are great the hours are long but the job is fun"

"Be ready to work, You are what you make of this job, you either do well or you dont, but you are the key."
What don't you like about working at ADT Security?
"I dont care for inhome sales where you are a onetime close."

"I have no suggestions for management, they have a great operation"
