"The possibility for career advancement. The fact that there was always opportunity to grow within the company."

"Be honest. Promise a lot and deliver more. That would be my tip."
What don't you like about working at YellowBook?
"Moral had been down for the past few years, due to changes in company culture. Their revenues had been going down year over year, due to the perception that know reads the Yellow Pages anymore. Hence, they had to lay off a lot of employees."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I think they are doing the best they can in the current environment."

"Design a more effective mentoring program for senior and middle management. Create succession plans and give marketing managers budget responsibility."
