"Great pay and learning experience through self training. The owner is extremely kind and offers great benefits. The training is minimal and difficult to preform duties due to no set procedures. The reason for the three stars besides the lack of training, is that the family style management is hard to adapt into. The office is literally all family members and it can create a toxic environment that lacks in professionalism."
