"The opportunities to learn and grow within the company. The leadership and mentorship of management. The flexible work schedule."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Get your money up front - raises are minimal and the only way to make significant increases is to move upward and this can be difficult as there are limited advanced positions."

What don't you like about working at Technitrol?

"Often left without direction and unclear expectations, dissention between departments (not my job kind of attitude). Poor incentives, raises, bonus etc. Health benefits were expensive to the employee."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Clarify job responsiblities and foster a sense of teamwork and team effort. Provide better incentives for hard work and going above and beyond."
