1.7I started my job just last month, and I have to say I was quite shocked on how poorly this company operates! Marketing and sales efforts are not aligned with technical staffs' skills - you normally see them sitting at bench and try to sell something - anything - and then most of their sales promises to customers are not properly set - you will end up working hard to cover for their mistakes AT YOUR COST or reputation. I can feel sense of desperation on all activities and no clear direction - most people are here as they need to stay for one reason or another (like their visa) and management is well aware of that so they very much don't care and don't develop relationships.
Customer support is another big issue - company is not equipped with enough support staff and outsources jobs to other AWS partners!!! Trying to stay afloat - the poor customers end up eating up the inflated costs. Overall this place is terrible - with only 5 -7 staff in the company, majority of the employees are at other companies! But they tend to advertise us as a 100+ employee company.
