"Size of the company has increased considerably over the last 10 years. It has become a corporation rather than a small company of the 90's. Hence, the politics have become strong and unfortunately dependent of who is at the top management positions. People have started to worry more on making those executives happy vs actually doing the required work"

"Managers have to actually get involved with the process and people that they are managing. They have to manage both down and up"
