Assistant Project Manager

"CORE Construction services is a great company to introduce the future in the construction process. After all its in the process of construction that can efficiently complete a project. I believe CORE Construction is adaptive to the future, that administrative side of any project can be completed from anywhere in the world and the certainty of completing a project is in the ability to properly lead a team, that each and every single individual is part of the process and that one person does not do it all. It's teamwork, and when things get tough, you have the back-up you need to complete your goals with your team because, we aren't a one-man show but, a part of the production process we call Project Management. Project Managers should undertake and understand all the roles, and comprehend a realistic time frame a task should take in order to achieve the positive results any client expects and more. This is the definition of leadership. The patriarch of 'know-how' and the ability to lead, teach, and mentor the roles below to complete their task in the written description, and not leave a single task into the interpretation. That anyone can be a Project Manager, if the leader has mentored and structured that PM to be the best representation of that company with hard work and to never give up in trying to fortify their skill set as a manager of the production, a manager that can direct with confidence, and most importantly a manager that eliminates the interpretation of a role with written directives."

"CORE Construction is a good company to work for. They do well to give competitive pay but I wish the health insurance plan had more diverse places I could go to. Supervisors are friendly and easy to get along with. I wish there was a more standardized program for new employees like periodic reviews - it felt like it was a sink or swim approach."
