"Excellent (CFT) Cross Functional Teams on projects and meetings to follow-up and implement. top of the line training programs. Grate tools to work with in order to get the job done. Plenty of employee motivational and team work to ensure goals and objectives always meet the targets."

What don't you like about working at Cooper Standard Automotive?

"Unfortunately the company got sold-out to Valeo and the new programs redeem and new program launches start to go down. Eventually we start looking for better opportunities."

"Try to focus on new business and develop a short, mid and long term plan for company support; as well as to focus on continues improvement and customer satisfaction."
