"Nothing I don't like. I was working with Cooper for 14+years and I would keep working if the Company hadn't moved almost the entire operation to another state."

"not a clue how much work does not get down because of too much work"

"The training I received at the start was excellent, and the fast pace and challenge of satisfying the agents in the B2B environment was invigorating and challenging."

"The most difficult thing about working at Cooper was the lack of work/life balance for the employees in many departments."

"I would suggest that management put a greater focus on specific service failures, listen to the agents upon whom they depend for orders and revenue, and put specific strategies in place to resolve these service failures."
