"Cooper Crouse-Hinds is a good company but if you are applying for a position in manufacturing, you can expect to work for a very rude, non-communicating, inconsiderate boss."

"A new Business Unit Manager was hired in June 2011 and the environment changed for the worse."

"The new Business Unit Manager should be fired and someone that cares and listens to the employees hired."

"If you are not desperate, interview with anther organization. These guys will make you fell 2 high after you are done."

"Shameful treatment of employees. All level of management has a tendency to cuss, scream, and yell creating an atmosphere of intimidation. Too many F bombs."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"This goes for all tiers of management and senior management. You don't show admiration to your employees when you curse, scream and rant, even if its not directed at them. Calm down and communicate with respect and stop cussing like sailors. Declaring that it a just a New York way of communicating is not excuse, it poor professional behavior."
