"I’ve worked for Cooper & Hawkins since 1997. They are a small HVACR contractor in the Berkeley area and have been in business since 1952. Although the small business environment has served them well for many years, the recent changes in the direction of the office culture has had a huge impact on employee morale. I have hope that in the future, owners and employees alike will find a common ground that once again will breathe life back into this once thriving company."
