"Be respectful, when your offered something take at least water. People like to be of service."
What don't you like about working at Convergys?
"I didn't like how they treated their employee's. They wanted me to fire people, without a valid reason. Their overturn was 90%. They had a hard time keeping employee's because they were un-flexable and over demanding. It was a hostile environment. I often found workers crying in the bathroom, because they were constantly being threatened.. The HR department, was more concerned with covering their own end, then caring for the needs of the employees."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Respect your employee's and they will be loyal to you. Fear only gets them to do what they have to do to survive. Treat them like they are valued and they will give you all they got with a smile on their face."
