"Convergys has sacrificed many good employees trying to make the HR Management Division profitable. At the expense of the rest of the company through downsizing and budget cutting, the HR division has sucked the life out of Convergys. Layoffs have been too frequent. Employees work in fear for their jobs."

"Build stronger relationships with clients and empower your employees. Address layoffs as a last resort."

"In today's world, the bottom line is all that counts. You are no longer a person but a number. Everyone is stretched beyond capacity and RIFs are continually occurring."

"Get back in touch with the people that work for you. When they feel valued again, then you see loyalty come back."
