"Unless you talk directly to the owner you never know what he is being told."

"Every important issue on every project must be reviewed and approved by the owner first."

"Management only has a minor role in the organization. They only bring issues to the owner for review and approval. If the owner does not like the options someone will be fired."

"Having coworkers outside of my department made the environment bearable."

"Parsons hires people before receiving an award from the government. If the contract is not awarded Parsons fires the employee."

"The oppressive environment created by upper management, belittling junior employees."

"Nothing will change, keeping employees ignorant works for them."

"The camaraderie. The collaborative culture. I felt like if I had a suggestion to enhance the business, I could voice it and that it would be respected. I don't have all the answers by any means, but I need to be in a place where ideas are freely exchanged and respected."

"Be honest and forthright. They will respect you if you are a genuine competent responsible employee. If you project that, you will do great."
What don't you like about working at Stonebridge Builders?
"Very little. I had to do more driving to various job sites than I normally would like. But, that being my chief complaint, you can probably tell that I was happy there."

"More effective marketing. The company's workflow diminished, and I wished that new prospecting avenues were explored and more aggressively pursued to obtain more business. Wish I could have helped more also."
