"Because most of the supervisors have been promoted from within they are not very qualified technically althought they are hardworking so there really isn't a lot of growth or learning.Also there's a quite a bit of favoritism."

"The News Paper business is a dying business. They had massive layoffs. And they had new implementation's almost monthly."
