What do you like about working at Continental Automotive?
"There is a clear focus on the objectives we have to achieve.There is empowerment to take decisions and solve issues as efficiently as possible to benefit our customers.There is Management support when the customer asks for extra that is not part of the original contract.There is Profit sharing and a great annual bonus based on internal review which encourages to work for the company.There is flexibility on schedule so that allows to happily stay longer when required but there is no problem of sometimes getting late or leaving early.Also you can set your own schedule if there are no meetings, such as arrive early for early birds, or arrive late for night owls.They provide a great health club reimbursement package which covers most health clubs and that is a boost for employee happiness being able to swim before getting to work, almost for free.Company reimburses transportation and depending on distance, meals too. The rate is very competitive."

"You should research the position you are applying for and make sure you have the relevant experience and have great examples of your previous performance. The more relevant experience, the easier would be to perform good on your interview."

"I enjoyed the people I worked with. It was a friendly and fun atmosphere and I actually enjoyed going into work each morning. I felt the leadership team was great as well. They knew all of their employees on a first name basis and tried to make those personal connections. I also enjoyed that fact that the office tried to do community outreach with local organizations."

"Nothing specific to the company, but last supervisor had unresolved personal issues affecting his professional judgment. He would show aggressive and offensive language ,behavior in spite of company policy(my impression of one-on-one meetings/association)."
