"I have been working with ConsultNET for 15+ years. They have been an excellent resource for gaining employment. Unfortunately, I am seeking something much more long term and the contract world is no longer something I am interested in."

"You will probably not last more than a year here. They have a huge turnover. Mainly because when you start making good money and have a lot of contractors working for you and making a good bonus they fire you. I've seen this happen to multiple employees."

"Very poor company to work for as a consultant. Stay away! They offer useless benefits (none really), no paid time off, and there is very little else to recommend them. They are unprofessional and it's a wonder they are still in business."

"Worst temp agency in the U.S."

What do you like about working at ConsultNet?

"Nothing. This is a sub-par temporary recruiting firm that doensn't come close to comparing to professional firms like Tek System and other companies."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Find a different recruiter, these guys aren't worth it. Or if you do have to take a job for financial reason with them be working on finding another one and quit asap."

What don't you like about working at ConsultNet?

"I was placed on a job that didn't relate to what I was told, had nothing to do with my skill set and I was forced to take jobs that had no relation to my work.. I was told that if I move to LA from San Diego for this job that it would go full time, but the client told me that Consultnet lied to me to get me take the job. I reported discrimination and harrassment and was ignored. I asked for my personnel file and was denied. In the over 1 year I worked for the client they never once check in on me. They do not care about the employees they staff, they only care about their profit. As soon as I was let go by the client Consultnet removed me as an employee and so far will not help me find new work, again I believe this is a continuing the retaliation for me reporting discrimination.Every other temporary agency I've worked for (and it's a lot) has always check on me regularly and typically has taken me out for lunch and included me in in company events. Consultnet will not reach out to you or do anything to make you feel like they care at all. NEVER. They are, as the last client they staffed me with said, pimps that only care about making money and have no desire to actual manage issues."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Don't lie to employees to trick them to take a job. Dont' lie and say a job will go full time when you know it won't. Respond to complaint of harrassment. Stop ignoring employees. Give the employee their personnel file when requested since it is a law in California."

"Best recruiting company I have every worked with!"

What do you like about working at ConsultNet?

"The recruiter I work with did a very good job finding out what was important to me in a position / company and made sure to only submit me to opportunities that were very well aligned. They have never missed a time card and I am always paid on time. I feel like I am more than just a number , they follow up with me and even had a Christmas party for all of their contractors last year , which I thought was cool."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I would highly recommend ConsultNet to any IT professional looking for work, you will not be disappointed. They will find you a very good match and take great care of you during your assignment."

What don't you like about working at ConsultNet?

"I dont have anything negative everything has been great, very profesional group."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Expand your company as quickly as you can, we need more good groups like yours available to utilize when finding a new position. It is a very different approach to staffing which should be available to more people."

Contractor

"This recruiter has not got a good grasp on how to handle contracts"

What do you like about working at ConsultNet?

"I am a contractor working at a third party company, I am contracted through Consultnet who found me. The only thing I like so far is that they got me a job and pay me weekly on time, nothing else though"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Ya. Run for you life and find a better recruiter."

What don't you like about working at ConsultNet?

"This is a big list I probably can't post it all. These recruiters didnt' have a clue of what was required of me to get started so I had to backtrack, find all this documentation to submit, and of course I started late to the job due to their failure. After this I have gone to them and explained how my contracting boss is trying to get me to do things I am not contracted for but Consultnet seems to refuse to follow up on this, which is a big problem considering we both could be making more money since they want more out of me but this opportunity seems lost since they won't follow up. I was also asked to stay after work to talk about some problem, so I do and when I call they tell me they can't stay after to talk. So what was the point of that I'm pretty pissed and they never have checked with me to see if the problems are resolved."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Learn how to operate a recruitment firm appropriately and follow up with the employees they contract. It's not that hard, just call a real recruiter like Robert Half or Kelly as they seem to have a grasp on the concept."
