3.7Constructive Loan is a great place to work for a work-life balance; however, management leaves a lot to be desired. It took them more than three months to get my paychecks corrected, moving from our parent company, Fay Servicing, to Constructive Loans. I repeatedly had to go to human resources to get my paychecks corrected, and questions that need to be answered by the President often go ignored, even though he is the only one at the company who can give authorization. My own department was pretty well managed, but other departments are led by management with little to no management experience, and those departments slow us down collectively as a result. The President does not take the time to understand the sources of the problems or otherwise does not have an interest in them and nothing changes as a result. This ultimately hurts our bottom line, and people continue to make the same mistakes over and over again.
2.2Senior Management is clueless and attempts to install policy with no general knowledge of the day to day. Loyalty means nothing to them as they are always looking to replace people
