"Very interesting and challenging work. Some of the smartest people in industry. The expansion of the company into a great many diverse set of businesses has been a very successful venture."

"Depending on what group within the company you interview with, the hiring manager could get fairly technical with you about knowledge of the industry so it would be in a prospective employee to do his/her homework."

What don't you like about working at Constellation Energy?

"It's all about who you know. Management is far too cliquey in my mind. You have to play political games in order to achieve things and advance in your career."

"Look closer at those that report to you for evaluation of talent for the purpose of promotion."
