What do you like about working at Consona?
"The company has a very casual and relaxed atmosphere. However everyone is very professional but easy to get along with. The company offers a lot of fun events such as chilI cookoffs and baseball games."

"Show that you are a people person and that you get along well with others. Leave your attitude at the door because that will not work for you here. Show your willingness to help and go above and beyond to get the job done."
What don't you like about working at Consona?
"I can't think of anything I don't like about it, except for the uncertainty that was brought upon by the merger. Otherwise, it's an awesome place to work!"

"Offer more one on one time. We do not get together enough just to talk about the job and other things that are going on."

"Every employee is independent. Very hard to start working with companies with this type of attitude. Not have a work ethics. Only looking for EBIDA."

"The company has changed since I worked there. It is now owned by a venture capital company and is called Consona."

"They didn't have an open position on the East Coast when I had to move East."
