"If you want this job, you have to work very hard. Don't be lazy and don't complain. You need to want to try new things."

What don't you like about working at California Conservation Corps?

"I came home very filthy almost everyday."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management was great at the CCC. The most I could offer is maybe to keep your eye on the little guy too."
