"I love the fact that there is no glass ceiling here. I've seen entry-level people work their way up and earn a partnership interest in the company. I also like that we set high expectations, work hard, but aren't corporate by any means. The reward and recognition program is unbelievable. How many employers go, Hey, you've exceeded your numbers the last six months and continue to do a great job. Here's that flat screen you've been wanting. That's the kind of thing we do."
