"Strong company with good ethical values and very nice employees. Unfortunately, marked by stubbornness, resistance to change and process improvement. Most in-house software is Access-based, slow, and clunky - not nearly as technologically advanced as advertised. Very poor pay, few incentives to work harder or go above and beyond normal responsibilities, and ambition is generally stifled. Sit down, stay quiet, and progress as slowly or as quickly - with no real reason - as your superiors feel fit. Sadly, personal development is severely lacking, yet individual initiative is met with negativity. Too many negatives for me to recommend this company in any way."

"It can be a bit intimidating having to be interviewed by all auditors within a office but take a deep breath, you can do it."

"Little to no opportunity for advancement. Only opportunity would be as an auditor and they only hire people with post-audit experience."
