"The management is quite moody. If they want, they will delay your salary for no reason, and if they want, you will get the salary on time. One day the management would request you to put your efforts into one project and week later, you would be expected to work on something else entirely. It's confusing and frustrating!"
"Self-serving managers, they don't recognize your hard work nor the excellence you bring to finished projects that make clients very satisfied and happy. They get all the good words without giving credit to the ones who really put in the work, which is us employee. They only do what's going to be good for them and only think about of themselves, and ordering us around, assigning projects."
