"The overall direction of the company and the lack of transparency leave one wanting. ConnectWise's acquisitions seldom fit into the advertised company mission, and ConnectWise itself is frequently on the market to be bought or sold which significantly impacts any sense of job security one might have, as layoffs are commonplace during these transactions. Advancement is essentially unheard of, and merit increases are few, far between, and laughable in size. But, if you can get past all of that, it can be a very rewarding company to work for."
"ConnectWise is often cutting edge. I'd say the biggest issue is communication. When you have over 2,000 employees, communication is tough. I'd say the biggest perk was how friendly everyone is."
"I would not recommend working there."

"Lack of communication and trust from senior managment. Gives little or no direction, yet will micromanage your work. Unrealistic expectations which leads to almost expected failure. Disorganized and embarrassing to outside vendors."
