"The nature of the work and the people I work with are what keep me working at my current job. Bookkeeping/Accounting work is what I really enjoy doing. I love working with numbers, organizing and problem solving. In addition, I have a great working relationship with everyone at the organization."

"The only thing I don't like is that they cannot provide enough hours for me. I was working full-time, and they have since downsized this position to part-time. I simply need more hours."

"I don't have any suggestions for management. They seem to communicate effectively, which I find to be one of the most important functions of management."
