What do you like about working at K2Share?
"The culture is fantastic. Casual dress, monthly activities or challenges to work out, small teams that make you feel like you're making a difference. It was also close so there was a small commute."

"Be honest. They really do focus on the personality as well as the skills."
What don't you like about working at K2Share?
"Felt as if there was limited upward mobility, and I felt underpaid since it was a small company. Sometimes it felt as if there wasn't enough resources to handle spikes in the work load so it was hard to work on side projects."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Work to plan more in advance, and reduce emergencies by investing more into providing more resources to allow side projects to be accomplished."

"Flexibility is great in the company. Also management is very good in making sure that we have the tools to do our job."

"Be specific in all the knowledge your have. In this company we have a bunch of people that are very knowledgeable."
What don't you like about working at Hewlett-Packard?
"Training needs to improve. I think that a training plan needs to be in place and followed to accomplish a good planning process."

"I think that management should get more involved in training programs."

"Employees who fail to fill out there timesheets timely are the ones who should be paid late not everyone else."
