"Some managers were degrading in their talk to other employees. No respect for women or other cultures. Closed-minded employees were afraid of change."

"Distance the companies in the holding group from the leadership of the Tribe to keep the politics at bay."

"Too much work pressure while not enough employees. Not recognized for good work to the extent it should have been done."

"Since it is huge company and I have been working in setlite office therefore, less attention on the employees."
