"Typical small co probs. Some incidences of administrative favoritism and not informing staff members about potential for job loss. Not given opportunity to improve in areas of weakness due to misinformation. Co seriously taking advice and acting on from fellow staff members not familiar w/positions throughout co to the point of job termination. Salary discrimination. Hiring new staff members to replace staff members while still in position. No professional references given to future employers."

"Be more up front w/ employees on an equal basis re progress and lack thereof that may result in poss job loss. Consider professional references for past employees."
