"Part time employment"

What do you like about working at Condor Capital Corp.?

"My supervisorfor one. He sees my potential and would love to take me on full time but can not afford me. Gives me additional responsibiliites to do besides calls. Also he is very accomodating to my main job work schedule. He knows that if I miss a day, I will makeI t up when I have a day off from my full time. When on vacation from full time job, I work here full time to help him out."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"All upper management very easy to talk to. Just be yourself and calm."

What don't you like about working at Condor Capital Corp.?

"No career opportunities to advance."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"make a better commission structure for f/t and p/t time employees to keep motivation and moral up."
