"My supervisorfor one. He sees my potential and would love to take me on full time but can not afford me. Gives me additional responsibiliites to do besides calls. Also he is very accomodating to my main job work schedule. He knows that if I miss a day, I will makeI t up when I have a day off from my full time. When on vacation from full time job, I work here full time to help him out."

"All upper management very easy to talk to. Just be yourself and calm."
