The company has made a great effort in integrating the company into the larger environment, while avoiding negatively impacting the culture of the previous company. However, communication and change are very slow moving. Additionally, the compensation is relatively below average. For a younger job seeker, this company is a great fit as it will provide a fun environment with many growth opportunities in the coming years."
