"Very poor management and continuous improvement culture. I'm located in the Mexico subsidiary and it is just a shop and an office outside Canada. No decision or design is made here. The owners are rude and see people as if they were doing us a favor. They don't listen and always are right. "We have always done this in this way and we always grow" is their motto."
