"Anyone interviewing with this company should have a solid understanding of cars and a passion for the race industry."

"I didn't like the competition to advance vs. a productive, united team environment."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My immediate managers were good, but I feel upper management is discounted and is concerned about numbers rather that employees."

"I loved the atmosphere, people, products, tools. It was very friendly place with huge potencial and people were so exited selling their souls till the product failed and AtarI took over."

"Good place to work at least was when I was working there."

What don't you like about working at Cryptic Studios?

"The Art Director was incompetent, he had no even basic preparation for this function. The company lost millions if dollars"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Overall good management, demanding and firm (producers) except the Art Director who become buddy with few chosen ones and he did not really paid attention to what really needs to be done."
