"The company offers wonderful benefits but, they do not initially disclose the time band system, and near impossible to obtain weekends off. The compensation is decent, the benefits are great, they train you well, I just wish they had not made it seem like the hours were set/normal office hours in the beginning. I likely would not have joined the team."

In 2018 the company was merged with Concentrix, which moved the focus more to call center and less on internal technology. I led the product team and created partnerships to align with the company strategy."
