"In charge of maintenance, boiler/refrigerantion and waste water groups. Worked on maintenance instructions. Interviewing imployees."

"Ask questions about all aspects of the job position. Let the company know what your expectations are. And be realistic."

What don't you like about working at ConAgra Foods?

"Too many hours required at work. Lacked proper control over maintenance tool and epuipment inventory."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To be more truthfull in the job descriptions. Allow one compete packaging line to be off line to perform a complete overhaul on the equipment in a planned maintenance program."

What do you like about working at ConAgra Foods?

"I like the job flexibility of working at conAgra Foods, Inc. I was able to work three days a week (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday) twelve hour shifts (6AM-6PM) and have the rest of the days off. I also loved the business. The company treated all their employees like family instead of team members."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The suggestions I have for Management would be to alternate meeting times, so second shift does not have to always come in early. Management could have meeting times at 5:30PM on certain days."

"I would have to know more about what they do in order to give suggestions, they seem to handle things pretty well."

"Be sure you want to work in the Food industry and know that you could be relocated to Omaha at any time."

What don't you like about working at ConAgra Foods?

"The chaos. I worked in the Grocery Division during a very chaotic time and it was very unstable, due to fear of the division being shut-down and relocated. It eventually was, but I left prior to that happening."

"I enjoyed the exposure. You had contact on a daily basis with all levels of Management."

What don't you like about working at ConAgra Foods?

"They don't seem to really care about their people, it's a huge place your just a number."

"Very strong upper management support. Was able to make decisions and changes with very little resistance. Good employee recognition programs. Great morale!"

"Do your research and perhaps this will be the company you're looking for."

"Don't have any dislikes, great operation."

"Stay the coarse, results are great, company has had solid stability."

"It took a lot of people and meetings to make even small changes to processes."

"Make people accountable and let them do their job without requiring multiple meetings to get things changed."
