"Ask questions about all aspects of the job position. Let the company know what your expectations are. And be realistic."

"Too many hours required at work. Lacked proper control over maintenance tool and epuipment inventory."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To be more truthfull in the job descriptions. Allow one compete packaging line to be off line to perform a complete overhaul on the equipment in a planned maintenance program."

What do you like about working at ConAgra Foods?

"I like the job flexibility of working at conAgra Foods, Inc. I was able to work three days a week (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday) twelve hour shifts (6AM-6PM) and have the rest of the days off. I also loved the business. The company treated all their employees like family instead of team members."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The suggestions I have for Management would be to alternate meeting times, so second shift does not have to always come in early. Management could have meeting times at 5:30PM on certain days."

"The chaos. I worked in the Grocery Division during a very chaotic time and it was very unstable, due to fear of the division being shut-down and relocated. It eventually was, but I left prior to that happening."
