"The interview process was rather easy, in my case. I interviewed with approximately 5 individuals in a round room all of which had little experience with the SAN."

"As a contractor the constant threat of the contract ending and the constant threat that at any moment we could all be gone was a big stress."

"In this environment the biggest suggestion I could make is to have an orientation day and stress the command difference or structure difference between contractor and civilians."
