"I would get rid of low end products and focus on premium products."

"Be honest. If you lie and are unable to do the job efficiently and well, then you not only stress yourself, but the company suffers as well."

"They will never promote you past full-time, regardless of capabilities."

"They need to modernize. The stores are supposed to sell the latest in technology and yet we use systems and tools from 12 years ago."

"It is fun, fast-paced, and relatively easy. There is a lot of responsibility, however, and if you are looking to move up, it's very competitive, yet rewarding."

"It is retail. It's very tough some days and very easy others. My kind of job, however."

"Keep it clean. SOP is important and a lot of times it gets bent in ways it shouldn't be."
