The actually environment can be a little stuffy, it seems sort of ridiculous to me that people can't just dress casual there. If they were paying me a salary of a high end professional, then I could understand but the pay is alright, not really competitive so they should add perks like wearing jeans on Friday! I do think the company has a lot of potential."
