"We're not micro-managed. Are pretty much a self-operating division far removed from corporate culture."

"Ask lots of questions when it comes to other duties as required (you'd be amazed what that may encompass here)."
What don't you like about working at GDIT?
"No dedicated sick leave, only general leave (and holiday leave). Also, this year, no PPO/HMO option, only HSA's."

"Provide all employees with at least 3 dedicated sick leave days annually."

"I have a great supervisor. She treats me like an equal and she trusts my work.."

"The income level for my position. The dailyrepetative tasks."

"A higher hourly pay and higher monthly bonus amount. Maybe consider a salary rate instead of hourly."

"Pay is less than the industry average and opportunities for advancement are few and far between."

"Not completely change the direction of the organization multiple times within his reign of a little over a year."
