"I have worked with the company for years, and they have not been able to place me with a permanent position. I feel that it is time to move on. They usually find me long term assignments that do not match my career trajectory, nor my technical skill background."

"Make more contact with my contractors. Ask for honest feedback on assignments."

"Lack of knowledge initially but it was addressed slowly with the dissemination of info and knowledge"
