"I like the many employment options."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Make sure you get the money you are looking for upon accepting your job. Merit increases have been pretty paltry over the last few years, and it can be difficult to make any meaningful headway in salary once you are in."
What don't you like about working at Wells Fargo?
"There is little to no career guidance. Promotions often depend on who you know that can put in a good word for you with the hiring manager. Health benefits all went to either HRA or HSA, both high deductible plans, which can be costly for a family. The bank is just so big, it is hard to do anything that will stand out."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management says they want to help with career development, but only a few do it, and even less are good at it. Why are there not resources within HR that can help with talent management and career path"

"I like my job but I have outgrown it and do not see room for advancement from within."

"I love the people there!"

"I do not like the career structure. The career structure is not suitable for someone with my skills and abilities."

"They are doing a good job but they need to make sure that each part of the organization communicates to the other parts."

What do you like about working at The Performance Group?
"As a consultant we set our own appointments and our own contracts. Also all of our audits were referrals."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be sure to have a network of mortgage brokers and small mortgage lending companies."
What don't you like about working at The Performance Group?
"The work was few and far in between. The clients had a hard time meeting the terms of the contract. Also a lot of driving and over night stays were necessary at times."
