"The people here are very hard to work with. High employee turnover rate."

What do you like about working at Compex Legal Services?

"The Good: One or two of my colleagues were nice. Also if you are not bombarded with work, you only have to work Monday through Friday."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"As far as interviewing tips, I really wouldn't suggest you even waste your time applying here, much less interviewing. I now work at a global company and I am now getting paid 65% more than I was getting paid at Compex; I have already gotten promoted in less than 6 months. However, if you are going to interview here, it really just depends on what mood the management is in. Major mood swings and very unprofessional."

What don't you like about working at Compex Legal Services?

"The bad: This is a very small company and this is a place full of dead end jobs. The two managers at this location were very ineffective and lacked managing skills. Also some of the agents at this location had horrible people skills and had a bad demeanor when expressing themselves (very bad attitudes). This coupled with the ineffective managers created a work environment that was very negative and an environment that will not align with company goals. They do not value educated and hard-working employees and offered little, very little, pay."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I suggest that the management at the San Antonio location align with the company goals. To do this, cuts need to be made in the management at this office as well as a few other positions. With the right people in place, the company can actually realize its goals. I did have the opportunity to collaborate with some management from the corporate office in California, they actually had logical thinking."
