"You're basically a number. They expect a certain amount of turnover and kind of just plan for it. They assume people will leave after a short period of time and don't really let people plant their feet."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management was offsite and basically uninvolved. Aside from a few emails, phone calls and a once a month visit, we basically policed ourselves."
